As a condition of employment or engagement, all workforce members of Washington County (County) who require access to the County's network in support of County business must comply with the County’s Information Technology User Policy. Your network account may allow you to access restricted data that must remain confidential, private or protected. CJIS Policy 5.5.4 and other Federal, State laws or County policies require that you must be notified upon logging into the County network that you are possibly capable of accessing restricted data. As such, be aware that:
1. Your system usage may be monitored, recorded, and subject to audit. 2. Unauthorized use of the system is prohibited and may be subject to criminal and/or civil penalties. 3. Use of the system indicates the user consent to recording and/or monitoring.
